How do I make my phone's battery last longer?

How do I stop my phone from overheating?
Avoid using the phone under direct sunlight or while fast-charging heavy games, remove thick cases during charging, and keep OriginOS up to date. The V-Series VC cooling system manages heat automatically during intensive use.
How do I take clearer photos?
Clean the lens, tap to focus on your subject, use Night mode in low light and the ZEISS portrait modes for people. AI Retouch and AI Magic tools can refine the shot afterwards.
How do I check my warranty status?
Use IMEI Authentication above, or contact our team with your IMEI number (dial *#06# to find it). Every device bought from the official vivo South Africa store carries a 2-year local warranty.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 2pm are delivered next working day nationwide via tracked courier. You'll receive tracking details by email and SMS once your order ships.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay securely at checkout with Visa, Mastercard or instant EFT. Every transaction is encrypted end-to-end.
Can I return or exchange my phone?
Unopened devices can be returned within 7 days of delivery. If anything arrives damaged or develops a fault under warranty, contact us and we'll arrange a collection, repair or replacement.
How do I move my data from my old phone?
Download the EasyShare app on both phones and follow the prompts — it transfers contacts, photos, apps and settings over a direct connection, no cables or internet needed.

Contact our team via WhatsApp, phone or the contact page and we'll book your device in — appointment, courier collection, or drop-off at any of 4,000+ Pargo points nationwide. Most repairs are turned around within 5 working days.
